This is an example of rhinoplasty surgery (nasal reshaping) to address unwanted skin changes from a condition called rhinophyma. A CO2 laser was used to reshape the entire lower one-third of his nose with specific attention paid to reduce the bulky skin changes. You can really see a big difference when you look at his nose from the bottom (base) and from the 45 degree angled views.
